‘Processor’ means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

“Data Processor” has the meaning given to that term (or to the term “processor”) in Data Protection Legislation.

“Sub-Processor” means another Data Processor engaged by SaleCycle for carrying out Processing activities in respect of the Protected Data on behalf of the Client.

Third parties SaleCyle engages who host, process, or are able to access without permission the personal data of our client's customers.

Any third party SaleCycle engages in to support their services, and which process personal data of individuals with exception of SaleCycle employees and SaleCycle's client customers (as this meet the subprocessor definition).
